The Tijuana Independent Filmmakers Encounter (ENCITI 2026) will present the masterclass “Creative Process, Casting, and Directing Actors” on May 28, 2026, at the Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT). The session will be led by filmmaker David Pablos.
ENCITI 2026 in Tijuana
As part of the activities of the 3rd Tijuana Independent Filmmakers Meeting, ENCITI 2026 will offer a master class focused on filmmaking processes and working with actors. The lecture, “Creative Process, Casting, and Directing Actors,” will be given by David Pablos, a Mexican director and screenwriter recognized for his work in contemporary cinema. The meeting aims to strengthen audiovisual training and create learning spaces for filmmakers, students, and the public interested in the film industry.
Event Activities
The master class will cover topics related to the creative development of audiovisual projects, casting, and directing actors within the filmmaking process. ENCITI 2026 continues to solidify its position as a platform for the exchange of experiences and training within independent cinema in Tijuana.
Admission
