This week, the Tijuana Cultural Center presents a diverse selection of artistic and cultural activities from July 21 to 26.

The program highlights include a keynote address on the institution's history, delivered by Dr. Carmen Cebreros, book presentations, a new session of Jazz Afternoons at the Luna Forum, as well as workshops, film series, and options for the whole family.
