The 3rd Tijuana Independent Filmmakers Meeting (ENCITI 2026) continues with activities focused on audiovisual training and development in the region. As part of its program, the master class “The Keys to Screenwriting,” taught by Omar Yñigo, will be held. It is geared toward students, filmmakers, and anyone interested in the screenwriting process. ENCITI has established itself as a space to promote independent cinema and strengthen the film community of Tijuana.
