¡A Vivir! Odín Dupeyrón in Tijuana 2025
Odin Dupeyrón's theatrical monologue ¡A Vivir! returns to Tijuana next Monday, September 1, 2025, at 8:00 pm, in the Performance Hall of the Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT). The play, written, directed, and starring Dupeyrón, invites the audience to reflect on life and the importance of living it to the fullest.
¡A Vivir! is a monologue that has been on the bill for over 20 years, with more than 1,600 performances. The play posits that the real problem with life is not that it ends, but that we begin living it too late. With a running time of approximately 120 minutes, it is recommended for ages 12 and up.
Odín Dupeyrón: Career and Highlights
Odín Dupeyrón is a renowned Mexican writer, actor, and lecturer, born on August 28, 1970, in Mexico City. Throughout his career, he has worked in television, theater, and literature. His best-known works include Lucas, Espíritus, and Lo que se esconde atrás del espejo (Lucas), Espíritus, and Lo que se esconderse (What Hides Behind the Mirror). In addition to ¡A Vivir! (Let's Live!), he has presented other productions such as Veintidós Veintidós (Vegetables and Vegetables). Dupeyrón is also the author of books such as Y colorín colorado este cuento todavía no se ha acabado (And the Color of Color), This Story Is Not Yet Finished) and ¿Nosos tomar un café (Shall We Have a Coffee?), which address themes of self-improvement and reflection on life.
