Winter. Somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg. Negin and Nazgol find a large sum of money frozen in the sidewalk ice and try to figure out how to get it out. Massoud leads a group of bewildered tourists on an increasingly absurd walking tour of Winnipeg's monuments and historical sites. Matthew quits his job with the Quebec government and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his estranged mother. Time, geography, and identities intertwine and collide in a surreal comedy of deception.
