Colette, a university professor specializing in the work of Alfred Hitchcock, suspects her neighbor has committed a murder. Her husband François, a crime novelist, is initially skeptical of her theory but eventually gets swept up in Colette’s wild investigation. As clues mount and the mystery deepens, the couple transforms into an unlikely detective duo, trying to determine if a crime truly took place on the third floor. A lighthearted yet masterfully crafted thriller that pays homage to the Master of Suspense.
