Ancestral Caves unites science and adventure as she follows paleoclimatologist Dr. Gina Moseley on a mission to uncover the secrets of Earth’s climate in the most unlikely place: the caves. Their search leads them to some of the most remote caves in the world, both above and below water, in France, Iceland, the Bahamas, the US. U.S. and the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico, where they study just how fast climate can change and how it has affected human civilization. Together, they go where very few humans will ever go, revealing just how far scientists will go to study the unknown.
