2nd Meeting of Independent Filmmakers in Tijuana: A Space for Film Dialogue The Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT) will host the 2nd Meeting of Independent Filmmakers in Tijuana (ENCITI 2025), scheduled for Thursday, May 29 at 7:00 pm in the Carlos Monsiváis Room. This event seeks to foster the exchange of ideas and experiences between local filmmakers and the public, promoting the development of the film industry in the region. Admission to the event is free, open to all those interested in independent cinema and learning more about film production in Tijuana.

About the CECUT and the Carlos Monsiváis Hall
The Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT) is an institution dedicated to promoting arts and culture in the northwestern region of Mexico. The Carlos Monsiváis Hall, inaugurated in 2011, is a cinema space with a capacity for 270 people, designed for the screening of national and international films, as well as for events related to the seventh art.
