Synopsis:
Colonel Honorine, known by the nickname "Mama Colonel", works for the Congolese police. She heads the unit dedicated to the protection of minors and leads the fight against sexual violence. After spending 15 years in Bukavu, in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, she is transferred to Kisangani, where she must face new challenges.
