Synopsis:

Simon and Hélène decide to sell the cellar they have in the basement of their building. Mr. Fonzic, an ordinary looking man, buys them for you. The situation is complicated when the man moves into the basement and makes it his permanent residence. The couple desperately try to cancel the sale, but are unsuccessful. Mr. Fonzic, who is slowly revealing his murky past, becomes a threat by befriending the couple's teenage daughter.
