This band, specializing in New Orleans jazz and Caribbean music, revives the spirit and sound of the wonderful Sidney Bechet, the legendary soprano saxophonist and clarinetist, considered one of the "founding fathers" of jazz from 1920 onward and representative of an unmistakable virtuoso, lyrical, and exciting style.
