For the first time in Playa del Carmen from New York, the Ari Hoenig Trio arrives with a world-class concert that combines rhythmic virtuosity, melodic sensitivity, and a stage presence that has made Hoenig one of the most renowned contemporary jazz drummers/composers in the world.
Famous for making the drums "sing" and for his impeccably irregular time signatures, Hoenig engages in dialogue with Ben Tiberio and Gadi Lehavi in vibrant improvisations that move from whispers to bursts with surgical precision.
