Event Synopsis: HATUN MAMA (Great Mother) Presents Corazur

Quilla is a woman who emerges from the depths of her pain and ancestral roots. Her suffering is like branches broken by the wind of historical violence. Marked by a past that destroyed her and a present that seeks to silence her, her spirit, however, remains strong.

With a powerful voice, Quilla confronts her history, one that not only mutilated her, but also thousands of peasant women, victims of a brutal forced sterilization policy.

She embarks on a painful and cathartic journey to pick up the pieces of her identity. Each fragment she recovers represents a woman, a life, and a story that refuses to be forgotten. Her struggle is collective, demanding justice, memory, and reparation.
