The regional Mexican music group Eslabón Armado announced their first tour, which will take them to the most important venues in Mexico. The tour will kick off in Monterrey, continue to rock in Guadalajara, and close with a flourish in Mexico City. The band began their career in 2017 as a trio, inspired by the music they grew up listening to, primarily influenced by the ranchero and norteño genres of their parents' generation. They began gaining recognition by uploading videos of their performances to YouTube, which opened the door for them to be discovered. In 2020, they consolidated their success with the release of their first singles, "Con Tus Besos" and "La Trokita," which reached number 15 and 37 (respectively) on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs chart.
