The St. Petersburg Russian Ballet presents Swan Lake. The story revolves around the impossible love between Prince Siegfried and Odette, a young queen transformed into a swan—along with all her ladies—by the sorcerer Rothbart's spell. Odette only regains her human form at night, and the only way to break the curse is for someone to swear eternal love to her.

Under the direction of Elena Kotsyubira, the arrival of the St. Petersburg Russian Ballet in Mexico with Swan Lake makes it clear, once again, why this work remains a favorite in classical ballet.
