"Macabre" is an immersive theatrical experience of psychological horror that draws you into the depths of the human psyche. In an abandoned movie theater, a disturbing session unfolds between Lucía, a schizophrenic patient haunted by shadows from her past, and the mysterious Dr. Grub, a psychiatrist with more secrets than answers.

As the treatment progresses, both find themselves trapped in a spiral of horror where madness and reality merge into a nightmare with no way out. But nothing is what it seems... The echo of a dark inquisitor, Fray Diego, still resonates in those walls, and a chilling revelation will change the destiny of Milan forever.
